.@stripe can’t believe a company like this has a number that does not work when being charged on bank statement

Sounds like a copy-paste response. I hope you are not outsourcing the people you have responding to Twitter. Ok no phone support. The question: why do you allow a merchant to try several attempts to charge when merchant has been blocked by credit card??

It's ultimately up to your bank to decide whether to approve or decline a charge. We hate to direct you elsewhere but your bank will have more details on why this charge was approved so you may want to reach out to them directly!
