@stripe I am trying to update my address on my Wag! account. Wag! keeps telling me to update the information with Stripe, but your representative, Richie, is unwilling to help me and keeps directing me to Wag! Can someone ELSE who knows what is going on please help?!

Richie has been no help and I have not been called as I have requested. Richie thinks telling me that he can’t do anything is a good answer. Wag! told me multiple times it’s something to do with the Connect account. For something so easy I can’t believe this is an issue...
