So apparently @stripe has the worst customer service on earth?! After shutting down a business account without notice (incorrectly) claiming it's not a US entity, Stripe's customer service has been utterly non-responsive 1/3

Responded to you already. There is no phone number in the link you sent. It's quite simple - if you claim you offer support by phone, then please provide a phone number.
