We only take application fee with direct charges. According to your docs and also support and sales team, we cannot have chargebacks in that case as there will be no charge on platform But still KYC team hold 100% funds Why? No risk for Stripe to loose money

Thank you! Could you explain the reason behind it? My account always get closed and then reopened. Then reclose, and reopened. Sometimes when it closed, It became impossible to contact with someone can help. How could I contact you if it get reclosed again?
