If there was a `charge.succeeded` event for the charge, it will be processed. If not, you'll want to retry the charge!

I was able to retry the charge and it cleared but now its not updating on their invoice.

We did not receive notification the charge was successful. The customer received a text notifcation from their credit card company indicating the charge was successful but our system does not reflect the same. The customer said the screen was just spinning.
