@stripe is a joke. Someone by accident disputed a payment to me because their bank account was hacked, the person who disputed literally messaged me explaining that, and I submitted the evidence and I lost..?

That's not even the point. I sent in proof that it was a mistake and I still lost. What's the point of fighting disputes if no matter what, the customer wins?
