@stripe I’m calling you out on retaining/refusing to cancel extremely high fees on a refund situation that was a mistake by a client. They were refunded. No product for the client no money gained by me yet I end up with a fee of 2708.41 HKD for nothing is wrong!!

The third party application fee linked to the Stripe fee was cancelled in full with goodwill. I was then told to revert back to Stripe when that was done to sort out a cancellation of the processing fee but it was refused. Crazy that Stripe keeps a fee when no one else benefits!
