This is generally something that needs to be resolved between the business and their customer. That said, as the customer, you always have the right to dispute a payment and have the subscription terminated, and your bank or credit card company will be able to help with that.
Sorry, we can't confirm whether a business uses Stripe or not. If your card is being charged and you can't get a response from the business, we'd recommend contacting your bank so that they can file a dispute on your behalf. end
