Was confused this week via following scenario:
1. pre-Atlas user has Account + Connect, connected accts, customers etc
2. incorporate w/ Atlas
3. want to port stuff from pre-Atlas acct to Atlas acct
4. Support : "you have to re-onboard everyone"
... !
