We're currently investigating an issue which is preventing the creation of invoices via the Dashboard which automatically charge the customer. Invoices created via the API are not affected. We will post updates here as soon as possible.

Thanks guys! Looks like we hit the error as soon as we switch the invoice method to “charge a card on file automatically”. Looking forward to hear what you find.
