@Barclays you are holding a payment that was meant for charity as part of a GoFundMe campaign that was sent to a closed account in error. Even though we have provided proof that you have received the payment from the sender, you refuse to investigate.

Has the sender raised this with their bank at all? Their bank should be able to send a formal request through to us requesting the funds back. If they're held with us still, we'd then be able to follow the internal process of returning the funds. Rachel

All I have from the sender is details for the transactions shown as successful with all number references. They are refusing to do anything more and so are you. Its like being between 2 arguing children. Meanwhile, the dog still needs the op
