Had my first Stripe dispute today...
User had bought my course twice, by accident with two different emails. So I refunded them immediately (in Feb).
Today they submit a dispute using the other email.

Sounds like you should be able to get them to withdraw the dispute. Either way, you should submit evidence to show that you've already refunded them. You'll find advice in our docs (
