Turns out @stripe has pretty crummy fraud prevention and their interface is getting exploited by scammers to validate thousands of stolen cards using $1 transactions.
Looking at the metadata the transactions are obviously fraud yet Stripe is letting them through.

Wife's account and non-profit. She requested support via your website form but hasn't heard back from anyone. 24/7 support doesn't seem that responsive IMO.
