One interesting challenge is making it work well for both the smallest startups and for internet's largest businesses (some listed at http://stripe.com/customers ) -- lots of dynamic adaptation needed. If this is of interest to you, we're hiring.

:) it was more reaching out to look at reducing fees for charitable donations we receive on behalf our charities as we provide our service to them for free. Obviously we can't take the hit on the full fee when they get a £200 donation and our product is £2... :)
