@stripe - a customers recurring payment failed but we wasn’t notified! (we checked on the dashboard) Also how often with you re try the card to make sure payment is collected ? Thanks.

Sorry you didn't get a notification—there might be an issue with the webhook configuration. Feel free to DM us and we can take a closer look.
