@campaignzee @stripe If someone cancels their subscription and it notifies me via my Stripe dashboard, does it automatically remove them from the @Mailchimp list too or do I need to do this manually?

You don't need to do anything when someone cancels their sub. If they use their Campaignzee sub management page to unsub, they are removed from the Mailchimp list and their Stripe sub is cancelled. If they unsub via an Mailchimp campaign their Stripe sub is also cancelled.

Just one last question... If someone is subscribed for a monthly subscription, will it keep them added to the mailing list for the rest of the month they paid for?

Campaignzee manages indefinite subscriptions, meaning no one is automatically unsubscribed, even if they only pay a one-time fee. So everyone stays on the list until they unsubscribe, fail to pay, or are manually removed by the author.

Hmm,
@stripe, any assistance here? Surely most subscriptions are done on a weekly/monthly basis? Neither platform will work my business otherwise.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

Yes, that's right! You can set up subscriptions to be billed on a weekly, monthly or custom interval.

Hi, I’m trying to work out if someone unsubscribes halfway through the month, are they still kept on my Mailchimp list using Campaignzee until the end of the month they’ve subscribed to?

That would be something that Mailchimp or Campaignzee controls, as they built and control their integration with Stripe. They'll have the most state on what happens in their integrations when one of your customers unsubscribes.
