Customer service with @stripe is unacceptable. I have 1000’s of dollars their holding since September because of their admitted software glitch. I’ve provided all tax documents requested. They refuse to provide access to a supervisor. #SmallBusiness

Though the money is not in the account, and I'm aware it will now take 48 hours from the time of resolution. I appreciate the effort to get it resolved. My only beef was the customer service leading up to the call I received last night from someone that was genuinely helpful.
