.@stripe I like your service but you have a major flaw in your subscription model. When a vendor ignores a request to cancel a subscription, customers have no recourse since you don't allow them to cancel the subscription (like PayPal does).
Have you tried talking to your bank about next steps? They should be able to help you going forward!

Yes, I did and was able to solve the issue. However, it's a little concerning that vendors can use your service to rip people off like that. I'd suggest adding a way to report abusive vendors so you guys can investigate and kick them off your platform.
