Can you confirm at which point it's breaking? Do you see anything before the window goes blank?
It may have to do with switching between my Stripe apps. I log in, see the dashboard, switch apps and then click the support link to try and open chat. Not sure if that has something to do with it, but that's the specific path I'm taking.
