Anyone else struggling with @stripe Billing using "send_invoice"?
1. invoices are not being sent
2. logs are wrong
3. invoice with amount 0 is not closed immediately
4. when updating a subscription, an invoice is only generated when updating the billing period

That's appreciated for sure. Problem is, docs say A, tests and logs say B and support team says D or C (depending on who's answering). Would be cool to talk to someone who actually knows how the product is supposed to work.
