The only GOP senator with a conscience. The rest are dead behind the eyes and controlled by trump. Trump once said if you don't like America then leave. I say to that, if you don't like the constitution Donny, then you should leave.

  5. Key Mitt Romney line —> "Were I to ignore the evidence that has been presented and disregard what I believe my oath and the Constitution demands of me for the sake of a partisan end, it would, I fear, expose my character to history's rebuke, and the censure of my own conscience."

Sen. Mitt Romney says he knows he will receive brutal criticism for his vote: "Does anyone seriously believe that I would consent to these consequences, other than from an inescapable conviction that my oath before God demanded it of me?"

Sen. Mitt Romney: "The great question the Constitution tasks senators to answer is whether the President committed an act so extreme and egregious that it rises to the level of a high crime and misdemeanor. Yes he did."

Mitt deserves our gratitude and encouragement that he is on the right side of history and did the right thing. Calling also Dem senators to thank them for their bravery.

So we can say: although he wasn’t convicted, DJT’s first Senate Impeachment Trial was also the first time in America’s history that a vote to impeach was bipartisan, thanks to the one Republican who possesses a spine.
