As a doctor, but I've examined both versions. The circumcised one is cleaner, easier to examine and a lot more attractive. I have no idea why anyone considers circumcision performed in boy neonates as genital mutilation. Female circumcision is another story.

Any surgery can go wrong. For necessary surgery, those risks are acceptable. Who can say that a botched circumcision is okay? A baby boy has had their genitalia mutilated for no good reason. Taking a knife to a baby for non-medical reasons is nothing short of obscene.

a circumcision that "goes right" is still damaging healthy, functioning, body parts without consent.
