You realize you can have capitalism without letting the rich have all the money, right?

Of course. Except when an outsider finally came along and made progress to actually narrow the wealth gap, he got kicked out by the big corporates and career sellouts in DC. So now we are back to being fooled into supporting policies that will widen the wealth gap again.

Oh god, just saw his twitter feed and he probably thinks the billionaire who has paid $750 in income taxes in the years before he became President is that "outsider" who was trying to help the little man...despite him passing tax cuts for the rich...

Stop spreading misinformation. He prepaid 4.2 mil in 2017 and 1 mil in 2016 when he filed his tax extension. https://www.newsmax.com/morris/refund-withheld-paychecks/2020/09/28/id/989227/ … And you mean tax cut for everyone? It was the corporate tax cut that made the number of small businesses skyrocket. Tax revenue increased too.

Your claim is from a right-wing questionable source: https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/newsmax/ there is no proof that's what happened, because most Americans 'prepay' their taxes...and then they settle up at tax time, whether refund or additional pay.

And most of the tax cuts ended up benefitting the biggest earners:https://www.policygenius.com/taxes/who-benefited-most-from-the-tax-cuts-and-jobs-act/ …

A typical partisan hit piece that you shared. You might want to re-read the last session "all the good things happened after the tax reform but there's no evidence bla bla bla". Increasing taxes won't lift families out of proverty. Nor increase wages: https://www.statista.com/statistics/200838/median-household-income-in-the-united-states/ …pic.twitter.com/25dSPjMt1X
