        All I read is "major corporation failed to protect their customers and are now failing an entire population by not providing the services they should". It's been OVER A WEEK and you still haven't fixed it? Fire your IT department and get someone competent.

        Our teams continue to work hard and the steps to restore our IT systems are progressing well. Remember that the outage affects many systems and servers, which is why customers are invited to use Transit and Chrono, which are always available for the planned schedules.

        I was planning to go to one of the services point today to get a refund of my not used monthly fare, can I still go under the current major IT failure? My card is going to expire soon so I need to get this done before the end of Oct.
