@stitchfix my fix is scheduled to arrive on Saturday, but it’s already Thursday and I haven’t gotten a notification that it’s shipped. Is it going to arrive on time? What happens if it doesn’t?
Hi Amy, it's been shipped out via USPS as of this morning. Each Fix is shipped via 2nd day air, so everything should be in order for a timely delivery. The return window doesn't begin until the carrier has marked the Fix as delivered and we're always happy to extend it further.
