@stitchfix When does the clock start ticking on when we have to return what we don’t want? The post office can’t seem to get my package delivered.

Thank you!! I spoke to someone with the post office and hopefully we can get it tomorrow or Wednesday. I was concerned the window started Saturday. So we should be good. Thanks for your quick response!!

Hello. After eight days, we finally have our package. This was our first “fix” and the experience has been far from easy. I assume all orders are sent through the post office?

We're sorry the delivery of your Fix wasn't as effortless as we'd like, Keith. Each Fix is sent out with either USPS or FedEx but we're unable to specify a carrier preference at this time.
