@stitchfix I am supposed to be having a new fix coming it says by the 11th but sadly it doesn't even look like it has been worked on. Can you please tell me why?

Hey Aaron! We can only have one Fix out at a time per client, so we were able to get started on your Nov 11 Fix once we received your rerouted shipment back at our warehouse this morning. We'll have the new one on its way soon!
