Doing it this way vs showing me items first is too much hassle as a user. Wish that was upfront as I would have saved my time.

The site purports that one can use Stitch risk-free but it's not the case if you don't like any of the items, then you charge a $20 fee.

I think that should be clear upfront — they aren't free shipments, they're $20 shipments reimbursed only if you keep something from a box.

Yeah, but it's buried in the FAQ. Your homepage doesnt say anything about a fee at all; especially a fee if you don't keep items.
