@stitchfix I wanted to exchange an item that came in my last box. I already checked out. The instructions to exchange on your FAQ site aren’t accurate to what I see. Can you help me?

Still haven’t heard anything back. I would hate to have to contemplate cancelling my service just because I couldn’t exchange a pair of pants for a different size. Outside of this frustrating experience the service had been great...
