I also had very, very good experiences until last fall when they inexplicably started styling me in a midwestern Kmart aesthetic

*sigh* no, I’ve really really tried but honestly I think that email I got was just the last straw. Not wasting my time on bad customer service in 2020, but thankful for the good looks I got initially. Back to the mall!
