Received my second @stitchfix box. One item has potential. The rest are a no go. But getting in contact with someone to ask questions is proving problematic. This is a good concept but if I were shopping in a store my questions would be answered by now. 
You can totally take more time to make a decision, Lisa! Once your Fix is delivered, just login and underneath the red "Checkout" button, it will ask you if you need more time. You can extend up to 2 weeks! We're pleased to hear our Client Experience Team was able to assist!
