@stitchfix hi! Got an email 3 days ago that the carrier didn’t properly scan my box and it may be lost in transit. It was supposed to arrive 10/10. I’ve emailed your team twice with no response. Can someone tell me what’s going on???

Finally got a response 4 days later...another box won’t be here until at least 10/21, making this 11 days later than I had planned. Sending you a DM now, offering a refund of my styling fee. not thrilled about that
