When you can tell exactly where in your @stitchfix history they switched over to an algorithm to suggest pieces to your stylist vs a human actually styling outfits based on your notes/history.

That makes it more irritating - that means she signed off on me receiving the same dress three times - twice in this year alone.

Thank you for putting those notes on, and honestly, I get that and I would have understood that when I received a new color of the dress a couple months ago. I returned it, saying that I already had the dress and wanted to try new items. Getting it a third time was...frustrating.
