Hey @stitchfix and @Spotify,what gave you the right to charge to my new credit card when I had to get it replaced??? I never added my new credit card number or security code, so how did you continue my subscription without my permission when the original card was declined????
Our payment processor, Braintree, has an agreement with certain banks to update outdated forms of payment on the backend for a seamless client experience. We're happy to check on your current schedule though, simply DM us the email we have on file for you!
