We already tried that and got the run-around. My wife didn't like her first box so CS told her they'd waive her NEXT styling fee. When she got the next box, she bought one item. When you buy an item, the styling fee is subtracted from the price (1/2)

But because her styling fee was waived, she paid full price so nothing was actually credited. She told CS (via email) she was going to cancel and rather than try to smooth it over, they said "Since you mentioned wanting to... (2/3)
