@StitchFix, I’m a big fan, but got my husband his first Fix for his bday and most stuff is out of stock for exchanges. He’s incredibly disappointed and not optimistic about trying again. What’s up with the stocking? Seems unusual for you.
Oh no! We're always happy to help when exchanges are not in stock. Our inventory does fluctuate rather quickly, so when he gets a chance, can he send us an email at hello@stitchfix.com? We'd love to look into this for him.
