I always feel so guilty sending back the majority of the items that come in my stitch fix box like... I'm so picky about the quality of the materials & the cut of the pieces, so I'll even send back things that fit the criteria I've given the stylists, but I feel like such an ass.

I used
@stitchfix for years and finally realized that it wasn’t the stylist. It was that my style was evolving and much of what they were sending wasn’t evolving. I made the switch to@TrunkClub, and while more $ per item they send 11+ items and have access to more brands.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

This isn't the experience we want you to have! If you're open to giving us another shot, we'd love to chat with you more about how we can get your Fixes aligned with your personal style.

Thanks
@stitchfix for the reply! I was very happy with your service for the few years I did it! I tried many times to re-engineer my fixes but the stylist could just not get it right and I would often have to reiterate my likes and dislikes. Just time to move on. Thx!1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
