.@stitchfix why do you keep emailing me about waiving my styling fee and saying I need to reply and each time I do- I get radio silence???

So... I was just charged a styling fee. This is my first fix in a looooong time. Only came back because those emails saying it was waived. Sigh.

Oh no we're so sorry for the mixup! Because it was supposed to be refunded, that styling fee has been refunded and will show up in about 3-5 business days.
