I’ve been a @stitchfix customer for a number of years. In the beginning, I received monthly shipments but cut back to every couple months when we rebudgeted to plan for a baby.

2/After I got pregnant, I requested shipments be paused until March, after my baby was born. Well, usually before a shipment

3/ Well that email didn’t come before March’s box. As a result, I was surprised when my
@stitchfix package arrived. Had I received the email reminder, I would have postponed the delivery another month (to give me time to lose a little baby weight

4/ With fingers crossed, I reached out to customer service hoping they’d refund my styling fee since I didn’t get the reminder. I explained I had just had a baby, my world was a little crazy, apologized, and appreciated their understanding.

5/ The girl I spoke with was more than happy to issue my refund and explained how I could best get the box sent back. As far as I was concerned,
