Nearly 2 months going back & forth w/ @stitchfix re: kid's fix. Couldn’t exchange, then they could. I returned too late (due of exchange) & they charged me for everything. They sent wrong exchange. Credited wrong $$. Exhausting. @deirdre_findlay @kmlake #CustomerService #Fail

To clarify, the fix arrived 7 days late with no FYI. I was charged for items returned late due to an exchange. I was refunded the wrong amount. I was sent the wrong exchange. 3 people have mishandled my account. If I give you my email, will a single person resolve?
