@stitchfix not going to continue my subscription if I have to go to the Post office to return merch. USPS shouldn't be part of an otherwise great customer experience. Find a way to make it work with UPS and I'll continue my subscription.

Thanks for your feedback, Richard. While we don't have any plans to use UPS for our returns, you can always schedule an at home pickup with USPS to make your returns nice and easy!

I live in an apt bldg & I would have to leave the pkg in the lobby, & it could be stolen. USPS also discontinued the contract with Staples, so I can no longer drop packages there, which is across the street from me. Only way to ensure safe returns then is to go to a post office.

USPS is also in process of replacing street mailboxes to prevent fishing, and this means that we can not drop return packages in mailboxes. only skinny flat letters can be dropped in mailboxes now. check out this article.https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2018/05/07/the-cadillac-of-mailboxes-arrives-in-nyc …
