I think she could, with the right technique. A tensed core and rotating shoulders plus arms instead of relying just on arms and then just legs that have poor explosive action and mechanical advantage.

Ian, it's a field gun, not a cannon. Howitzer is another term that we use. And I've seen plenty of females pulling the trigger. I've also seen males who couldn't.
