These people don't seem to think. Chasing a guy with a rifle. One of the guys look like a goner as he lays on the ground without moving. Considering that rifle blew out a chunk of someones arm. One pump through the chest and it's game over.

I think they didn't think he'd fire on them since I don't think anyone had been shot before on the street like this. This opened up Pandora's Box. The question now is how many more people will start shooting at riots going forward.

Apparently they thought he had shot someone. No telling at this point if it's true or not since things are chaotic.
