It states "in certain countries you can create a profile" do you k ow what countries these are, I am from the UK?

"Open the YouTube Kids app and a dialog box asking the parent to create a profile will appear. This doesn't happen when I open the app, also the "dialog Picker" does not show

That's odd. Try these steps: delete the app > restart your device > reinstall the app. Let us know if it's still not working!

Thanks for the screen recording. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Go to: Setting > Apps > YouTube Kids app > Clear data. Let us know if that works!

Done that and it's goes back through the set up stage but still stays the same, I have the app installed on 3 other devices and they all look the same
