computer keeps crashing when playing OW. Spent a lot of money on it and it's less than a year old. Not sure what the issue is

Do you have a lower setting for overall performance in your bios during boot up? Or try a lower graphics setting?

Or did video drivers update recently? Maybe try rolling back a version and see if that doesn't work.
