if you take it back to OG Trials 3v3 elimination I think it can work, most D2 maps can support it, Trials of the Nine had zero incentive to go flawless, gotta bring back unique weapons and armor that matter

Meta/Sandbox constantly evolves. Just make it a straight up 3v3 match. They just did 2v2 for crimson and a new meta emerged from it

Honestly in this community, when something is in our grasp that’s benefiting the game, they tend to focus on the cons of it and complain. That’s all they show. But once it’s gone then it’s missed heavily and they take it for granted every single time.

Difficult question. Special ammo & weapon balancing right now i believe is better than it ever was in D1. The biggest issue has to be IMO dealing with how powerful supers are now in D2. It makes me sad it may never return as it was, but i don't believe it would feel the same.

I think people just wanted a revamped version of Trials during Y3 because it was getting repetitive. D2 is a different game with different guns and abilities. I’d say it’s at least worth a shot to see if it can rekindle that love that people had for Trials back in the day.
