According to an adult inside the synogogue during the shooting at Chabad of Poway synogogue, there were 6 or 7 shots, screams, then 6 or 7 more shots. Source is my wife who is talking to the adult.

San Diego Police & San Diego Sheriff's Department are having a challenge responding to other matters because they've deployed forces to local synogogues, churches, and places of worship as a result of the shooting at Chabad of Poway synogogue.

Police are preparing to enter the home of the Chabad of Poway synogogue shooting suspect who is in custody. I am not sharing the address. Single family home in San Diego 7 miles from shooting. Suspect lives with parents.

Two children still missing. Were feared kidnapped. Uncertain if may just be unaccounted for. Chaos during/after the shooting at the Chabad of Poway synogogue so hopefully they are just with other friendlies.

All 4 victims of the Chabad of Poway shooting are now at Palomar Medical Center. Victims of the shooting at the synogogue include Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein who lost 2 fingers, another adult I know, and 2 minors. One minor age 11.

According to my wife who is near the scene of the shooting at Chabad of Poway, Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, who founded the Chabad center in 1986, was shot and lost 2 fingers. Apparently during Shabbat / Pesach religious services.

As I start my morning in San Diego with the sun yet to rise, I'm reminded that "amusing myself" can be a perfectly acceptable rationale for doing something. It can be for you too. (I added the second sentence below for me more than I did for the readers.)

Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 DNS App adds free VPN. It's marketing Warp as "VPN for people who don’t know what V.P.N stands for." They get it. This is needed. I routinely advocate free VPN with business professionals who *need* it, but don't know that. Pervasive.

The movie Hackers (originally released in 1995) was the first movie/television show that I'd ever seen with a Black "computer programmer" as a character. I was 16 years old and enrolled in a Visual Basic course at my High School shortly after. Representation in the media matters.
