is an amazing way to tell a story/share stories that has no analog. I've been writing on the 'net in various forms for 30 years and I've never felt more connected to readers in a more positive way than using Substack. Plus such wonderful tools!

just subscribed :) very interested to read through your perspective on the "PC in every home" heydey. I was working on a browser-based visio-like product a few years ago but we'd get our foot in the door by talking to VPs about sharepoint pains! it's an incredible product though.

Yes, why is that though? I can’t seem to figure out what makes substack “feel” so good. On the face of it, it appears to be an ordinary blog site. But when I use it, I’m impressed by the subtle details.
