    just like to thank the folks at telephone support. was struggling to log in following recent changes. although it took a while to get through the support was informed and patient and my problem was sorted. thanks 🙂

    my debit card was rejected by chip and pin machine in post office today (buying stamps and getting cashback). worked fine contactless (just the stamps)??? plenty of credit in account

    so i turn up at for my pre-booked installation of new car stereo only to find they don't have the necessary parts and that the online bundled installation charge is 20 quid more than I'd pay if i had bought the stereo and booked installation in store...
