The decennial reapportionment will leave California with 52 seats in the House through 2032 (-1). Texas will have 38 seats (+2). Florida will have 28 seats (+1). NY will have 26 seats (-1).

JUST IN: @uscensusbureau says CA, NY, PA, IL, OH, MI and WV will each LOSE a seat in the House.
TX will gain two seats.
CO, FL, MT, OR and NC will each gain one seat.
